Cash Out is a feature that lets you close a bet before the event ends and receive a payout based on the current odds and match situation.

Current odds
Remaining selections in your bet
How Does Cash Out Work on Chips.gg?
When Cash Out is available:
Open My Bets
Select an active bet
Click Cash Out
Confirm the displayed amount
Once confirmed, the bet is settled immediately.
This is a combo bet example where you have the option to cash out.
When Is Cash Out Unavailable?
If a player reports that the Cash Out option is not available for their bet, ensure the bet meets all the required eligibility criteria.
A bet is not eligible for cash out if any of the following criteria are met:

Single bets with statuses:

Bets on restricted markets
Bets on blocked or suspended outcomes
Odds Restrictions:
Any single or combo bet selection with odds less than 1.01
Any single or combo bet selection with odds greater than 11.0
Combo bets where current combined odds of all open selections exceed 50.0
Other Restrictions:
Cash Out is disabled at the brand level or player level
When Is Cash Out Available?
A bet is eligible for cash out only if all of the following criteria are met:
Bonus Use Criteria:
The bet does not use a bonus, or
Uses a Comboboost
Bet Status Criteria:
The bet status is
openFor combo bets, all selections are either
openorwon
Odds Criteria:
Each selection has odds between 1.01 and 11.00
For combo bets, combined odds of all open selections are 50.0 or less
Market and Outcome Criteria:
No selected outcome is suspended
No markets are restricted
Other Criteria:
Cash Out is enabled at both the brand level and player level
Does Cash Out Affect My Original Odds?
Once you Cash Out:
Your bet is settled immediately
Original odds no longer apply
The displayed Cash Out amount becomes final
Cash Out is optional and you can always let your bet run until settlement.
How Odds Settings Affect the Cash Out Amount
In the My Bets section of the Sportsbook, a player can see the potential cash out amount.
Note: This amount is not guaranteed, as the system recalculates the cash out based on live odds changes after the player clicks the Cash Out button.
Depending on odds settings and any odds changes, a cash out can result in one of the following:
Confirmed with the same amount
The live odds remained stable, so the cash out matches the initially displayed amount.
Confirmed with a lower amount
The odds have decreased, reducing the cash out value.
Confirmed with a higher amount
The odds have increased, raising the cash out value.
Rejected
The cash out cannot be processed due to odds fluctuations or other system restrictions.
