What are Reloads or (Refills)?

Reload is a cash bonus that can be claimed in the currency of choice and can have the option to be claimed more then once.

Reload is usually used when a player is given a bonus that can be claimed more then once.

Major differences between Cash bonus and Cash Reload bonus:

Reloads can be claimed via codes created by Chips.gg, or credited directly as a bonus from Chips.gg.

Admin might use the reloads feature to give the player a bonus that can be claim multiple times over multiple hours or days.

For example Player1 receives a Reload bonus where he can claim 100$ every 24 hours 7 times.

That means that Player1 can claim a total of 700$ over the course of 7 days.

In the example above, once Player1 activates the reload on the account, he can starts claiming his 1/7 reload in the currency of his choice. Once 1/7 is claimed, a countdown of 24 hours will start until he can claim 2/7.. And after that 24 hours will countdown to claim 3/7 until the 7/7 are claimed, and the reload ends.

The reload itself has an expiry time and not the claims, in the example above, the reload will expire in 8 days (7 + 1 day).

If the reload was for 3 claims once every 24 hours, then the reload will expire in 4 days (3 + 1 day).

It is important to claim the reload as soon as it's available to claim, because if Player1 delay few hours after each claim is ready, the reload might expire before he can claim his last bonus.

Once you are given a reload you will receive the following notification:

Click on the "Claim Reload" button to be redirected to the reload page. Or access the reload page manually via the VIP rewards modal:

There you will be able to claim the reload in the currency of your choice.

Note: Reload tab is only visible or accessible if you have an active CASHRELOAD on your account.

Once you claim the reload, you will see:

The reload tab will disappear when all has been claimed or when the reload expires.
