Step-by-Step

Safari (iOS)

  1. Open Settings
    Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Select Safari
    Scroll down and tap Safari from the list of options.

  3. Tap Advanced
    Scroll to the bottom and tap Advanced, then choose Website Data.

  4. Clear History and Website Data
    Tap Clear History and Website Data to remove your cookies and cached data. Confirm when prompted.

Firefox (iOS)

  1. Open Firefox App
    Launch the Firefox app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Access the Menu
    Tap the three lines in the lower-right corner to open the menu.

  3. Go to Settings
    Choose Settings, then scroll down to Privacy.

  4. Clear Private Data
    Tap Clear Private Data and ensure only Cookies is selected.

  5. Confirm the Action
    Tap Clear Private Data again to complete the process.

Firefox (Android)
