Step-by-Step

Google Chrome (PC/Mac)

  1. Open Google Chrome
    Launch the Chrome browser on your computer.

  2. Access the Menu
    Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Clear Browsing Data
    From the dropdown menu, select Clear Browsing Data.

  4. Choose What to Delete
    Pick the types of data to clear, like cookies and cached images.

  5. Click Clear Data
    Finally, hit the Clear Data button to complete the process.

Mozilla Firefox (PC/Mac)

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox
    Launch Firefox on your device.

  2. Access the Menu
