What does "Ignore" actually do?
It mutes someone for you. Their chat messages disappear from your view, and you won't see notifications from them. That's it..nothing else changes, and they have no idea you did it.
How do I ignore someone?
From the chat message directly, click on their name. Hit "Ignore."
Either way, it takes about two seconds. No forms, no reasons required.
Will they know I ignored them?
Nope. Ignoring is invisible. No notification, no "seen" indicator, no drama. You can mute your chatty tablemate in peace.
Does this report them or get them banned?
No. Ignore is a personal volume knob, not a moderation tool. It only changes what you see. If someone's actually breaking the rules (harassment, cheating, etc.), that's what the report button is for. Ignore is just for "I'd rather not read this right now."
Can I un-ignore someone?
Of course, nothing's permanent. Just head back to their profile and toggle it off. No cooldown, no penalty, no awkward "why did you unblock me" conversation (they never knew anyway).
Will I still see their bets/activity in shared game feeds?
Their gameplay and public stats still show up as normal — Ignore only affects chat messages and direct notifications from them. It's not an invisibility cloak for the whole site, just for their words in your inbox.
Can I ignore multiple people?
Yes, ignore away. There's no limit, go build your peaceful little corner of the platform.
Does ignoring someone affect matchmaking, tables, or games?
No. You might still end up at the same table or in the same game as someone you've ignored. Ignore just keeps their chat out of your face, it doesn't keep them out of the room.
