What does n/a means?

N/A means nothing, that there is no transaction ID, and that the withdraw didn't go through and that it 99% failed.

If you have a withdraw missing with a transaction id of n/a please contact our support agents immediately.

They will locate fast the issue and tell you the status of your withdraw, and issue a refund if the withdraw has failed.
