Search for a live dealer game

If you are interested in a specific game such as Blackjack or Baccarat, or a gameshow such as Crazy Time, you can always use the Quick Search function to find your game.

In the example below we will show you how we search for Blackjack Games.

How to play a live dealer game?

If you never played live dealer games online, you will see that the gameplay is divided into 2 sections :

  • First is the timeframe for you to place your bet. Since this is a live game where many players from around the world can participate at the same time, the dealer can not wait on a certain player, thus these games have a certain time frame for players to place their bets. Once the timeframe is closed, no more bets are accepted. So you need to make sure to be quick and to place your bet before the placing bets closes.

  • The second section is the result part, where the dealer, or the show host will show you the results of your bets, if you win then your winnings are credited directly to your balance.

Playing Blackjack:

Some games allows you to set an auto play, and this is mostly found in the show games, such as Crazy Time, Monopoly, Mega Wheel. In the example below we will show you how to place bets on a blackjack game.

Once you found a table with an empty seat, you will need to take the seat to start placing your bets, if there are no available seats then you can simply choose another game, or wait for an empty seat to be available.

Now that you have taken a seat and a new round started, let's talk about the different things you can expect to see:

  • Table Min and Max Bet: This table shows that the minimum bet for each round is of 25$ and the maximum bet is of 5000$, VIP tables usually have higher minimum and maximum bets.

  • Choose Bet: Here you can choose the Chip value you want to place bet with, for example if you choose the 25$ CHIP which is the minimum bet here, you can place 1 chip or 4 chips of 25$ to have a bet of 100$ .

  • UNDO: Undo is found on the left of the "Choose Bet" it allows you to remove an accidently placed bet, or if you placed an extra chip.

  • Balance: Your balance is shown in the bottom left corner of the game.

  • Placed Bet: Next to the balance you can see your total bet placed, this will also show the amount you win. Also you can see the bet placed as a CHIP on your seat.

  • Finally we have the Control menu, where you can: access chat, adjust video quality, adjust sound, access settings, access history, access help and support and finally full screen mode.

Now once your bet is accepted and your hand is dealt, it is time to make a decision, you can:

  • Double Down: This means you will increase your bet by 100%. and a card will be dealt to you. At this hand we had an 18, so this would be a terrible decision.

  • Hit: If you click Hit you will receive one more card, again, since we are at 18, it is now wise to hit an 18, so for this hand, we choose not to hit.

  • Stand: If you click stand then your hand will stay as it is, and no more cards will be dealt to you, and not it is time to get lucky and pray the dealer doesn't hit a 19, 20, or 21.

The game shows under the Hit button the time you have to make your decision, in this case we had 10 seconds left.

And now just wait for the result, by that you would had played a blackjack hand, most of the live dealer games will have similar concept, where you need to change your bet amount, and place a bet in the time window provided by the game.

Note: The decision to STAND on this game was a personal preference and not a rule set in stone, you can HIT or DOUBLE on an 18 and try your luck to get a 3 to hit 21 (blackjack) .

Playing CrazyTime.

Show games have some similarities to the options you would see in any other live dealer game, such as: Min & Max bet, Balance & Total bet, Chip size, Countdown, & menu settings.

Crazytime is more of a community game, where all players bets on the same result, they all can chat with each other, while in a blackjack it is more 1 on 1.

In the image below we will focus on the gameplay of this game, we may not repeat options we mentioned in the blackjack tutorial:

  • Chat: The chat menu here is universal, where everyone can see what you type, and so you can talk to other players, or to the dealers.

  • Chip Value: And this is the value of each Chip you place bet with, of course you can also UNDO if you accidently placed an unwanted bet.

  • Countdown to place bets: Once the countdown hits 0, then no more bets will be accepted, so you need to be fast to place your bets, but also be careful to not place wrong bets.

  • History: It shows you the last 21 spins results.

  • Result: And the wheel will stop at a market, the result that stops on the arrow is the winning bet.

  • Place your bets: Crazytime got 8 options for you to place a bet, you can bet on one of them or ALL of them at the same time, 1, 2, 5, & 10 are multipliers, if you bet on 10 and you win, then you will profit 10x your bet. However you have more options that are more creative, such as: Coin Flip, Cash Hunt, Pachinko, and Crazy time, and these 4 are bonus rounds with lot of volatility, where you can win 1x your bet, up to 20,000x .

Starting auto play

It is very easy to start an auto play on the games that provides it. The function should be similar to most games, but here we will teach you how to do it on Crazytime:

  1. Place the bet amount you want to use for the auto play.

  2. Click on the auto play icon to open the auto play settings.

  3. Select the amount of rounds you would like to auto play.

  4. Click start.

The auto play will repeat the bets you have placed for the next X amount of rounds, once finished, it will stop.

Stopping auto play

If you wish to stop the auto play, or change the settings, or adjust bet amount you can do that by 2 simple clicks.

  1. Click on the auto play icon to open the auto play settings, you can see over the icon is written how many more rounds are remaining.

  2. Click on STOP and the auto play with stop.

Note: Chat in live games is controlled from the provider, abuse of language or insults to the dealer may deal in you getting muted from chatting, in such cases we are unable to help you getting unmuted by the provider.

Gameplay issues

It is always recommended for players to read the games instruction in order to know how to play it correctly to avoid human error.

However sometimes errors can be technical, and the player may find himself in a situation where he is missing his bet funds, if this ever happened then we recommend you to:

  1. Stop playing immediately.

  2. Contact the provider support, explain the issue, and ask them for a ticket id.

  3. Contact Chips support and provide them with all information possible, and provide them with the ticket id provided from the provider.

Here is an example on how to contact providers support:

Once you have your ticket ID, please contact our support by clicking on the support icon. If our providers support wasn't available feel free to contact us directly, and we will gladly work with them to resolve your issue.

Important:

  1. ⚠️ Please be aware that changing currency while playing a live dealer game will cause the opened game to refresh and load the new currency selected balance.

  2. ⚠️ You can not play with different currencies, on different tabs on your account at the same time. If you have two opened tabs on your browser, and you change the currency in one of them, then the currency will change for both your tabs, forcing any open game to reload using the balance of the newly select currency.
