Rakeback is a reward system that gives the player back a percentage of the house edge of the game. This means that when you play a game on Chips.gg, you have the opportunity to earn back some of the money you bet.

Each game has its own house edge, which is the percentage of each bet that the casino keeps as profit. While most in-house games have a house edge of 1%, slots can have a different house edge ranging from 3% to 4.5% depending on the game.

Rakeback is calculated based on the house edge of the game and your bet amount. So if you placed a $100 bet on Sugar Rush - Pragmatic Play, for example, your return will be as follows:

Rakeback is like a discount on the house edge, where the casino returns rewards to players in the form of cash funds. Effectively lowering the house edge when playing.

Players starting at level 0 will not receive any rakeback for their bets, except if they receive a rakeback boost (which we will talk about below). Rakeback will unlock when you reach level 20 - Tier Flipper 1.

The default rakeback when unlocked is 5%, however players can receive boosts to increase their rakeback.

Players receiving a promotion code from Chips.gg can have their rakeback boosted temporarily to 10%, 15%, 25%, or even 50% depending on the amount the boost is set for.

Once the duration of the boost expires, your rakeback will return to its original value of 5%.

You can claim your rakeback from the rewards section in your profile or the VIP rewards modal. Simply click on the "Claim" button next to your available rakeback amount and it will be added to your account balance.
