What is rakeback?
Rakeback is a reward system that gives the player back a percentage of the house edge of the game.
Each game has its own house edge, while most inhouse games have a house edge of 1%, slots can have a different house edge ranging from 3% to 4.5% depending on the game.
Rakeback is calculated based on the house edge of the game and your bet amount, So if you placed a 100$ bet on Sugar Rush - Pragmatic Play for example, your return will be as following:
Bet amount: 100$
House edge: 3.5%
Rakeback: 5% (Default)
The return is:
Bet amount * House Edge * Rakeback ==>
100$ * 3.5% * 5% ==>
0.175$
Rakeback is like a discount on the house edge, where the casino returns rewards to players in the form of cash funds. Effectively lowering the house edge when playing.
When do I get to unlock rakeback?
Players starting at level 0 will not be receiving any rakeback for their bets except if they receive a rakeback boost, we will talk about this below. Rakeback will unlock when you reach level 20 - Tier Flipper 1.
How much is the rakeback?
Default rakeback when unlocked is 5%, however players can receive boosts to increase their rakeback.
What is rakeback boost?
Players receiving a promotion code from Chips.gg can have their rakeback boosted temporary to 10%, 15%, 25%, or even 50% depending on the amount the boost is set for.
Once the duration of the boost expires, your rakeback will be back to its original value at 5%.
