Session limit is a time awareness tool that will allow you to set the amount of time you wish to be playing, once that time expires you will be automatically logged out of your account.

How to I set a session limit?
To set a session limit follow these steps:
Open the Responsible Gambling Settings
Scroll down to the "Session Limit" section
Select a Duration
Type in your email address
Enter your 2FA code
Click on "Set Session Limit"
Once you have confirmed the request, then an email with an activation link will be sent to you, all you have to do is to click on the link in your email to activate it.
