There is one single reason why your locked balance isn't transferred into your account if you beat a wager, and that is because the bonus is voided.

If you place an illegal bet during your deposit bonus, your bonus will be flagged as "Voided".

Players with "Voided" bonus status that beats the wager will receive a notification stating that their deposit bonus was voided for placing an illegal bet, in addition to the game name the illegal bet was placed on.
