KYC tier 2 is the completion of tier 1. Usually if you were asked to KYC for any reason, you will be asked to complete tier 1 and 2 since tier 2 provides proof that the information submitted in tier 1 is correct.

You cannot verify tier 2 until tier 1 is completed, so if you haven't done so, you may want to go back to tier 1 verification and complete it.

In order to complete your tier 2 KYC go to your Profile / Verify / Click on "Verify" in the tier 2 section, or click on the button below.

Tier 2 verification will require you to upload a front and a back picture of your identification document, you can submit one of the following:

Documents provided must not be expired, and the image quality must be clear enough to read all the data of the document
