Why can't I chat?

We have added many restrictions to our chat system, you might receive one of those errors, and each can be avoiding by completing it's task.

1. Enable Two-Factor authentication (2FA)

Requirement: You must enable 2FA on your account before accessing chat.

Why: This helps protect your account and ensures a secure environment for everyone.

What to do: Follow our 2FA setup guide to enable it and regain chat access.

2. Verify your email address

Requirement: Your account must have a valid and verified email address.

3. Make at least one deposit

Requirement: Accounts with no deposits in the past 12 months will not have chat access.

4. Reach level 1 or higher

Requirement: You must be above Level 1 to use chat.

5. Meet monthly wager requirement

6. Meet monthly deposit requirement
