Why do you receive an error when you try to chat?
We have added many restrictions to our chat system, you might receive one of those 4 errors, and each can be avoiding by completing it's task.
1. Enable 2FA
If you receive the error above, then you can not chat before you enable 2FA on your accounts. We have a guide on how to enable 2FA:
2. Verify email address
Players need to have a valid and verified email address in order to chat on site.

3. Make at least 1 deposit
Players with no deposits in the last year will not be able to chat on site. Click below if you need help depositing:
4. You are below level 5
Players are only able to chat once they are above level 5.
