Self-exclusion is a voluntary request made by a player to block access to their Chips.gg account.
It’s designed for players who:

What happens when I enable self-exclusion?
Once self-exclusion is activated:
You will not be able to log in to your account
All account features will be disabled, including gameplay and withdrawals
The self-exclusion works as a self-ban for the selected duration

How do I set up self-exclusion?
Chips.gg offers Definite (temporary) and Indefinite (permanent) self-exclusion options.
Definite Self-Exclusion (Temporary)
A temporary self-ban for a fixed period of your choice. Once confirmed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be removed early.
Available timeframes include:
1 Day
1 Week
1 Month
6 Months
1 Year
Indefinite Self-Exclusion (Permanent)
This option permanently closes access to your account.

Click your username or avatar in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Open the Responsible Gambling tab
Scroll to the Self-Exclusion section
Choose your preferred timeframe
Enter your registered email address
Enter your 2FA code (if enabled)
Click Enable Self-Exclusion
9. After submitting the request, you’ll receive an email with an activation link.
Click the link to confirm and activate the self-exclusion.
