Updated over a week ago

Overview:

At any given time you are able to withdraw you funds from chips.gg if you don't have any restrictions on your account.

In order to withdraw you need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Verified email address

  2. 2FA enabled

  3. At least 1 deposit in the last year

  4. Withdraw more then the minimum

How to withdraw?

Once you open the withdraw page, you are required to select the following:

  • Currency

  • Chain / Network

  • Withdraw address

  • Destination Tag *optional* (For XRP only)

  • Amount in crypto currency

You can click on the button below to be redirected to the withdraw page immediately.

Important information:

Under the withdraw form are some important information, such as:

  • Daily allowance: Amount of funds you can withdraw in the next 24 hours.

  • Minimum Withdraw: The minimum value in USD of your withdraw

  • Withdraw Fee: Fee paid for the withdraw, note that fees are deducted from the withdrawn amount, for example if you withdraw 25 USDT you will receive 24 USDT.

Step 1. Select currency

Select the currency you would like to withdraw, all displayed currencies are the ones support on Chips.gg. A list of supported currencies can be found here:

Step 2. Select Chain / network

After you selected the currency, now it's time to select the chain you like to withdraw on. Note that chains are like branches, they work independently from each other even though they belong to the same currency.

For example if you select to withdraw SHIB from your account, you have 2 chain options:

  • "Ethereum", or it can be called "ETH" or "ERC20". All of the 3 names means that if you select one of them, the withdraw will be sent on the Ethereum network.

  • "BSC", or it can be called "Binance Smart Chain" or "BEP20". All of the 3 names means that if you select one of them, the withdraw will be sent on the Binance Smart Chain.

It is important for the exchange or wallet you are sending to to match the chain you have selected on Chips.gg.

If the exchange or wallet you are depositing to does not give you an option to select a chain that means that they use one chain only for this currency, it is your obligation to ask their support or investigate to figure out which chain that is before you send any funds.

withdrawing funds to a wrong address or chain will lead to the loss of your funds, once a withdraw is sent on the blockchain we have no way in canceling it.

Step 3. Input the address to withdraw to

Here you should enter the address of the wallet you wish to withdraw to, this address should be provided to you by your wallet, or by the exchange you are withdrawing to.

Always make sure that the pasted address match the copied one, an easy way to do since the address is very long, is to check the first and last 5 letters of the address and make sure they match.

XRP ONLY if you are withdrawing XRP then you have the option to input the destination tag if it's required from your wallet or the exchange you are withdrawing to.

Step 4. Input the withdraw amount

Withdraw amount is in crypto currency, for example if you with to withdraw a "100$" in Bitcoin, you will need to type in the amount section "0.0025 BTC", of Corse the price of crypto change so by the time you are reading this 0.0025 BTC might be more or less then a 100$.

Other things to consider while inputting the amount:

  • Your withdraw amount must be no more then your current balance

  • Your withdraw amount must be no more then the remaining daily allowance

  • Your withdraw amount must be no less then the minimum withdraw

Once you filled all the required fields for withdraw, click on "Request withdraw" and the next image will appear.

Step 5. Confirm your withdraw and input 2FA

Step 5.1. Confirm your information:

Please read all the information for your withdraw, Currency, Chain, Address, Amount and make sure they are correct and match your request. Once the withdraw is submitted it can not be canceled.

Step 5.2. Input 2FA code and click "Confirm"

In order to process your withdraw you need to input your 2FA code, once you do so click on "confirm" and your withdraw will be processed.
